The history of the Tver State Medical Academy reveal in 1902 once the courses for dental students were organized. In 1936 the St. Petersburg Dental Institute was based. In 1954 by the choice of the Soviet government the Institute was transferred from St. Petersburg to town of statesman (now Tver). 1902 – grad school was basedin St. military campaign by I.A. Pashutin. 1919 – The Institute of Public odontology was based and semiconductor diode by E.N. Anderson. 1924 – the first Dental Laboratory was organized and semiconductor diode by Z.B. Pirjatinsky. 1926 – St. military campaign Scientific Dental Polyclinic was organized. 1927 – St. military campaignScientific Dental Institute was based. 1933 – St. Petersburg Dental Institute was based. 1936 – St. PetersburgState Dental Institute was based. 1954 – statesman State Medical Institute was organized. In 1986 the Institute was awarded the Order of People’s relationship. 1994 – Tver State Medical Academy was shaped. In 1994 when the renaming of statesman to Tver, the Institute was conjointly renamed and got the standing of the Academy.
